Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with KORERIG. Please read them before ordering.
1. About us
This website is operated by KORERIG. KORERIG is managed from our head office in the Netherlands, and orders are processed through our fulfilment centres worldwide. You can reach us at info@korerig.com.
2. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We confirm your order by email. A contract is formed once we confirm that your order has been accepted.
We may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you have selected and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Standard delivery is free on every order. Any import duties or local taxes that apply outside the United Kingdom are payable by the customer and are not included in the price.
We take reasonable care to make sure prices and product information are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the order.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 days. In occasional cases delivery may take longer depending on the destination, the local carrier or unusually busy periods. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be sent to our KORERIG return address in the Netherlands. Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is intended to show the product fairly, although colours can appear slightly different between screens. Measurements are given as supplied and may vary slightly.
7. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in any way that damages the site, disrupts access for others, or breaches any applicable law.
The content of this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to KORERIG or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy
Information about how we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
