Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your KORERIG order. If it is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of the date you received it.

Contact us before you return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our KORERIG return address in the Netherlands. Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Email info@korerig.com with your order number and tell us what you would like to return. We will reply with the return instructions and the full return address.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unused and in their original packaging, with the complete 2-litre hydration system included.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded by KORERIG.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@korerig.com with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
