Throughout these Terms, “KORERIG”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KORERIG. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer or person placing an order.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products.
2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms apply when you visit korerig.com, use our website or purchase a product from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate. You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement.
Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Minor differences in colour may occur because screens, lighting conditions and production batches can vary.
The product supplied will have the specifications and contents stated on the product page at the time you place your order.
Product images are intended to show the product as clearly as possible. Accessories or other items shown in contextual photographs are included only when the product description expressly says so.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND CURRENCY
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your country or market.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other charges payable to KORERIG are shown before you complete checkout.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, local import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. Where these are not collected during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or carrier.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
After you place an order, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided. This confirms that we have received your order.
An order may be refused or cancelled before dispatch if:
• The product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• The delivery address cannot be served
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive
• An obvious price or product-information error has occurred
• Legal or regulatory restrictions prevent fulfilment
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments or another payment provider shown at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with the order.
We do not receive or store your complete payment card details. Payment providers process those details under their own security and privacy requirements.
7. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days.
Delivery dates shown on the website, during checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delivery time can be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs processing and events outside our reasonable control.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
For consumer orders, responsibility for accidental loss or damage remains with KORERIG until the product is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it. This does not apply when you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us.
8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
KORERIG offers a 30-day return period.
Consumers may also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy extends this period and does not replace or limit statutory rights.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return shipping costs. KORERIG covers appropriate return costs when required by law for faulty, damaged or incorrect products.
9. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Products must match their description, be fit for their normal purpose and possess the quality and performance customers may reasonably expect.
Consumers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of at least two years for faulty or non-conforming goods. Dutch law may provide protection for longer where the expected lifespan of the product is longer.
Where a product is covered by mandatory consumer law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Statutory remedies are provided without charge where required by law.

10. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions shown when they are offered.
A discount code must be entered before completing checkout. A discount cannot normally be added after an order has been placed.
Whether discounts can be combined depends on the rules displayed for the relevant promotion. We may refuse or cancel discounts that are used fraudulently, outside their stated conditions or as a result of a technical error.
Promotional terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. Products bought on sale or with a discount retain the same statutory rights as full-price products.
11. WEBSITE USE
You may use our website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes.
You must not:
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Introduce malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or customer information
• Scrape or copy substantial parts of the website without permission
• Use the website to commit fraud or violate another person’s rights
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful content
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or KORERIG.
12. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is based on your genuine experience and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You give KORERIG a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with our store and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.
We may reject or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated to the product, contains personal information or infringes another person’s rights.
We do not alter reviews in a way that changes their meaning and we do not knowingly present fabricated reviews as genuine customer experiences.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to KORERIG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and social platforms.
Third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. KORERIG is not responsible for a third-party website or service that we do not control, except where the law provides otherwise.

16. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. This includes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to mandatory law, KORERIG is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by you, unauthorised use of your account or payment method, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For purchases made primarily for business purposes, KORERIG is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of opportunity to the extent permitted by law.
17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, war, government action, major telecommunications failures or payment-network outages.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.
The Terms applicable to an order are the version available when the order was placed. Material changes do not apply retrospectively to an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
19. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
If we do not immediately enforce a right, this does not mean that we waive that right.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and purchases made through our store are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer living outside the Netherlands, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of your country of residence.
Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another competent court.
