30-DAY RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your KORERIG order. You may notify us that you wish to return your order within 30 calendar days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives it.
Our 30-day return period extends the statutory 14-day withdrawal period available to consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email info@korerig.com before sending your order back. Include:
• Your name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return, if you would like to provide one
You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
We will reply with return instructions. After notifying us, please send the product back within 14 days.

Please keep your postage receipt or other proof that the parcel was sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the return parcel until it reaches us.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect and try on the product as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
For returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period but within our extended 30-day period, the product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
The complete product must be returned, including the vest, 2-litre hydration reservoir, drink tube, mouthpiece and all supplied accessories.
For hygiene reasons, please do not drink from, fill or rinse the hydration reservoir when you are considering returning the product. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For ordinary returns, including a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer. KORERIG does not reimburse these return shipping costs.
If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, contact us before returning it. When the return is covered by your statutory consumer rights, KORERIG will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome.
When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount due no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent, whichever happens first.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
If you withdraw from the complete order during the statutory withdrawal period, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. Additional costs for an upgraded or express delivery method are not refunded. Original delivery costs are not refunded when only part of an order is returned.
For returns made under our extended return policy after the statutory withdrawal period, we refund the purchase price of the returned product. Original delivery costs are not refunded unless required by law.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are covered by the same return and statutory consumer rights as products purchased at full price.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Inspect your order after delivery. If it is damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered, email info@korerig.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where useful, clear photographs showing the problem.
Products must conform to the description, be fit for their normal purpose and possess the quality that customers may reasonably expect.
Consumers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of at least two years for faulty or non-conforming goods. Dutch law may provide protection for longer where a product can reasonably be expected to last longer. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund without charge.
These rights are separate from our 30-day return policy and are not limited by it.
CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, email info@korerig.com immediately with your order number. We will try to stop the shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, the normal return procedure applies.

You may use the following wording to exercise your right of withdrawal, but its use is not required:
