Do I need a diploma or previous experience?
No specific diploma is required for a general application. Previous experience can help, but initiative, reliability and the willingness to learn and do matter more. Some specialist roles may still require particular knowledge or certification.
Can I work remotely?
For suitable location-independent work, yes. The exact arrangement depends on the role, time-zone overlap and what the team needs. Warehouse work cannot be done remotely.
Where is the warehouse work based?
Warehouse roles are based in Drunen, Netherlands, where the work takes place with our logistics partner Cenfil.
Are part-time and full-time roles possible?
Yes. We consider both, depending on the role, current workload and the availability that works for both sides.
Can I grow into a different role?
That is possible when your skills, interests and the needs of the business align. Someone may begin in operations and develop towards marketing or support, and movement in the other direction is possible too. It is an opportunity to grow, not an automatic promotion.
What if there is no exact role for me?
