Track Your Order

Every KORERIG order comes with its own tracking link, so you can follow your parcel from our fulfilment centre to your door.

Where to find your tracking details

As soon as your order is on its way, we send your personal tracking link by email. Your order is dispatched within 1–3 business days, so that email usually follows shortly after you order.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

Your account

If you placed your order while signed in, you can also see your orders and their status in your account.

Email us at info@korerig.com with your order number and we will look it up and send your tracking details straight back to you.
