Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Standard delivery is free on every order, in the United Kingdom and to all of our other supported destinations.
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days through our worldwide fulfilment network. Most orders arrive within 7 days. In occasional cases delivery may take a little longer depending on the destination or the local carrier. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Any import duties or local taxes that may apply outside the United Kingdom are not included in the price and are payable by the customer.
Tracking your order
As soon as tracking information becomes available, we email your personal tracking link so you can follow your parcel. You can also see your orders in your account if you ordered while signed in. If you have any questions about your delivery, email us at info@korerig.com.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our KORERIG return address in the Netherlands. Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the correct return instructions.
How a return works
- Email us at info@korerig.com with your order number and let us know what you would like to return.
- We send you the return instructions and the full return address.
- Send the item back to our KORERIG return address in the Netherlands. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded by KORERIG.
- Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund to the original payment method.
Please return items unused and in their original packaging, with the complete 2-litre hydration system included.
